Agreement
By using www.perkwh.com, the free calculator, or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What PerkWh is (and is not)
- PerkWh provides estimates and decision helpers for GPU hosts (take-home after electricity and platform fees; LIST / IDLE / SWITCH).
- It is not a marketplace, broker, DePIN network, token, or auto-listing bot.
- It does not buy your GPUs, guarantee rental income, or operate Vast.ai / RunPod for you.
- Platform keep percentages and defaults are approximations you can edit — not promises from those platforms.
Free calculator
The free tool is provided as-is. Results depend on inputs you enter (watts, ¢/kWh, list prices, keep %). Real power bills, fees, utilization, and marketplace rules differ. Treat outputs as a planning aid, not financial, tax, or legal advice.
Waitlist, Pro, and Setup
- Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription or charge your card.
- Pro and Setup, when offered, will have their own pricing and signup steps. Nothing is billed until you explicitly purchase.
- Setup ($199 when offered) is scarce hands-on help; availability is not guaranteed.
Accounts and API keys (future)
If you later connect marketplace API keys or enable alerts, PerkWh will not silently auto-bid or change listings without your confirmation flow as described in product copy at that time. Until those features ship, these Terms do not grant us rights to act on your marketplace accounts.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site (scraping that harms service, spam to our forms, attempts to break security, or using PerkWh to mislead others about earnings). We may block access that harms the service or other users.
Intellectual property
PerkWh name, site design, and copy are ours (or used with permission). You may not copy the product as your own commercial offering without permission. You keep ownership of content you submit (e.g. email).
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND CALCULATOR ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. Hosting GPUs involves real cost and risk; you are responsible for your own decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PerkWh and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions you make based on estimates. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free site/waitlist is limited to zero (you paid nothing) or, for a paid product you purchased, the amount you paid us for that product in the three months before the claim.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for ongoing use. For material changes affecting paid customers, we will provide additional notice when that applies.
